These terms govern participation in the affiliate program operated by CasperPractice. The program covers qualifying purchases made on casperpractice.org and mmipractice.org. By applying to or participating in the program, you agree to these terms.
Approved affiliates earn 25% of net revenue (the price actually paid after any discounts, excluding taxes and payment processing fees) on qualifying purchases attributed to them. Attribution happens via your tracking link, which sets a 30-day cookie, or via an exclusive discount code where one has been issued to you.
Applications are reviewed manually. We may decline applications or remove affiliates from the program at our discretion, particularly for audience mismatch or violations of the tactics rules below.
Commissions become payable 30 days after the sale and are paid monthly via PayPal. The minimum payout is $50; smaller balances roll over to the next payout. Commissions on refunded or charged-back purchases are reversed or deducted from future payouts.
The following are not permitted:
Use our provided descriptions of results, guarantees, and statistics verbatim, or not at all. Do not invent outcome claims on our behalf.
You must comply with FTC disclosure rules and equivalent local regulations wherever you promote. Where we provide swipe copy, it includes disclosure language; keep it.
We grant you a limited, revocable license to use our name, logo, and screenshots solely to promote our products under these terms.
Either party may terminate participation at any time with notice. We pay validly earned commissions through the date of termination. We may terminate immediately for violations of these terms, in which case unpaid commissions arising from the violation are forfeited.
We may assign this agreement in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. You may not assign your participation without our consent.
Affiliates are independent contractors. Nothing in these terms creates an employment, agency, or joint venture relationship. You are responsible for your own taxes.
We may update these terms with notice. Continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
